I started Rooted & Well from a simple curiosity: what if every plant in the garden offered more than one reason to love it?
This is a place for honest experiments, careful research, and the particular kind of joy that comes from carrying a small harvest through the kitchen door. I’m not a doctor, herbalist, botanist, or master gardener. I’m a home gardener sharing what I’m learning, with reliable sources and a beginner’s sense of wonder intact.
Here, beauty and usefulness are not opposites. A lavender border can feed bees, soften a path, scent a room, and teach us to notice the season.
